KP Dance Center is a premier dance studio on Long Island, proudly serving families at our Commack and Smithtown locations. We offer classes for dancers of all ages and abilities in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, as well as Voice and Acting.

🩰 Roles & Responsibilities

Team members at KP Dance Center may be asked to:

Teach classes to children and/or adults with patience, encouragement, and positivity

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that help dancers progress and succeed

Choreograph routines for Holidance and our June Year-End Recital

Attend staff meetings and studio events throughout the year

Meet deadlines for choreography, music submissions, costumes, and other performance details

Participate in mandatory dress rehearsal week and assist backstage on performance days

Create a welcoming environment by being friendly, encouraging, and generous with praise

Embrace feedback and demonstrate a strong desire to grow and improve

Bring a can-do attitude, positive energy, and enthusiasm to the studio every day
