1. Program Description

Join our SMS service for the latest updates! By opting in, you'll be the first to know about class schedules, events, and exclusive promotions at KP Dance Center. Stay informed and engaged with all our studio activities.

2. Opt-Out and Cancellation

To opt out of our SMS service, text "STOP" to our shortcode. After you send "STOP," you'll receive a confirmation SMS to confirm your unsubscription. Following this, you won't receive further SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, sign up again as before, and we'll start sending updates to you.

3. Help and Support

4. Carrier Liability

Please be aware that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Waiver

I understand and agree participating in any dance class is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury/accident for my(self)/dancer. I also understand that KP Dance is not responsible for lost/stolen property inside/outside the building/parking lot. Permission is granted to KP Dance to use photographs/video for publicity purposes. I have read, understood and agree. This applies to myself, my dancer(s) and any person(s) I bring to KP Dance at any of their locations.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. Expect up to 4 messages per month. For queries about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
